A reputable land surveying company in Las Vegas is seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. This position offers a competitive salary of $1400 per month and is suitable for men of any nationality with English speaking skills. Accommodation, visa, and ticket will be provided for foreign candidates.

As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and existing structures for various construction projects. You will use specialized equipment such as GPS systems, total stations, and digital levels to collect accurate data.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using advanced equipment and techniques
- Analyze data collected from surveys to create maps, plots, and reports
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to determine project requirements
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction projects
- Ensure accuracy of survey data by regularly calibrating equipment and verifying measurements
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project updates

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as total stations and GPS systems
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills in English
