We are a fast-growing online consulting company based in Balzers, Liechtenstein, and we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Online Consultant to join our dynamic team. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various online communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries through email, chat or phone
- Providing expert advice and assistance on products and services offered by the company
- Building strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering personalized solutions
- Identifying opportunities for cross-selling or upselling products or services
- Maintaining accurate records of all interactions with clients in our database
- Resolving client complaints or issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborating with team members to continuously improve the company's online presence and services

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely
- Proven experience in customer service or sales role, preferably in an online environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively to find solutions
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM systems
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to accommodate international clients

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month, plus bonuses based on performance. In addition, we provide ongoing training opportunities for personal and professional growth.
