Industrial Architect


We are seeking a talented and creative Industrial Architect to join our team in Balzers, Liechtenstein. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. This is a contract job with a starting salary of $1300 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and create designs that meet their requirements
- Develop detailed plans, blueprints, and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather data and ensure that designs are feasible and align with local building codes
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to oversee the construction process
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure deadlines are met
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in technology, and building regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Strong proficiency in CAD software as well as other design tools
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as independently
- Previous experience in industrial architecture is preferred but not required
