Construction Manager



As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in Oslo. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to coordinate and manage the construction process.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, taking into consideration budgetary constraints and client requirements
- Manage project budgets and ensure that costs are kept within approved limits
- Oversee the selection and hiring of contractors and subcontractors
- Monitor progress of construction projects and ensure timely completion
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality standards
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Maintain accurate records of project expenses, progress reports, and other documentation
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, techniques, and equipment
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical specifications
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills

Salary:
This is a contract job with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Location: This position is located in Oslo.
