We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating administrative tasks, ensuring efficient operations and supporting the overall success of our company. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Handle incoming calls and emails
- Assist with budget management
- Monitor and maintain office equipment
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed

Requirements:
- Fluency in Malayalam (spoken) is preferred
- Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
