Industrial Architect


As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop designs and plans for industrial buildings, warehouses, factories, and other facilities
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions that meet their requirements
- Work closely with engineers to incorporate mechanical, electrical, and structural systems into building designs
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for construction projects
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are accurately implemented
- Conduct quality control checks on materials and workmanship during construction
- Troubleshoot any design or construction issues that may arise during the project
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve design processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

Salary:
Competitive salary of 1000$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Vianden. Accommodation can be provided for non-local candidates. Biometric passport is required for all employees.
