Courier Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Courier Specialist to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Courier Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering packages and documents to various locations in a timely manner. This is a contract position with the possibility of visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:
- Pick up and deliver packages and documents to designated locations
- Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely delivery
- Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and address any concerns
- Handle cash payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicle

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a courier or in a similar role
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy packages
- Proven customer service experience
- Indian nationality preferred
