Sales Representative



As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's products and services to potential customers. You will work closely with our sales team to identify potential clients and develop strategies to increase sales and revenue. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills as you will be building relationships with clients and providing them with exceptional customer service. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can work independently as well as part of a team. This is a full-time position based in Akron, with a salary of $1600 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Present and demonstrate our products to potential clients
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop strategies to increase sales and meet monthly targets
- Provide product knowledge and information to customers
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to generate leads
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing campaigns
- Prepare reports on sales activities, progress, targets, and challenges

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or relevant role preferred
- Strong communication skills in English (fluency in other languages is a plus)
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to persuade others effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
