Executive Chef


As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations in our high-end restaurant in Medina. You will use your extensive culinary skills and creativity to develop new menu items and ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards. Your leadership and management abilities will be essential in training and supervising our kitchen staff, as well as managing inventory and maintaining food safety standards. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will also be crucial in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month, open to Indian candidates who are fluent in English.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and food safety standards
- Ability to develop creative and high-quality menus
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Prior experience working in high-end restaurants preferred

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation
- Develop new menu items that reflect current food trends while maintaining the restaurant's concept
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, portion control, sanitation practices, etc.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Ensure that all food is prepared according to safety standards and regulations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen at all times
- Collaborate with the restaurant manager to create special menus for events or promotions
- Implement cost-saving measures without compromising on quality or customer satisfaction
