Executive Chef



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes, as well as excellent leadership and management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all aspects of the kitchen including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Creating new menus and dishes that are in line with current trends and customer preferences
- Ensuring high quality and consistency in all food items served
- Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to meet budget guidelines
- Training and supervising kitchen staff, ensuring a positive work environment and high productivity levels
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and sanitation in the kitchen at all times
- Collaborating with other departments to plan special events or promotions
- Staying updated on industry trends, new ingredients, and techniques to continuously improve menu offerings

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a reputable restaurant or hotel setting
- Excellent knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and recipes
- Ability to create innovative dishes while also maintaining traditional favorites
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this position.
