Executive Chef
As an Executive Chef for our prestigious restaurant in Medina, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations and ensuring the highest quality of food and service. Your expertise in creating and executing menus, managing kitchen staff, and maintaining food safety standards will be crucial in providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and diverse menus that cater to a range of tastes and dietary restrictions
- Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies, ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining high quality standards
- Train, supervise, and schedule kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations and maintain a positive work environment
- Monitor food production to ensure consistency and presentation of dishes meet established standards
- Maintain proper food safety procedures, including storage, handling, preparation, and sanitation techniques
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events or promotions that feature unique menu offerings

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant setting
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and menu planning
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop kitchen staff
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Understanding of food safety regulations
- Creative mindset with a passion for creating new dishes

Education/Experience:
- Degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or 10 years as a Sous Chef

Salary: Competitive salary of $1700 per month

City: Medina (Open to Canadian or Nepali candidates)
