Restaurant Manager (Indian Cuisine)
We are currently hiring a Restaurant Manager with a passion for Indian cuisine to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Nizwa. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing a busy restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing profits.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain customers, including marketing initiatives and special promotions
- Train and supervise staff on all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Create schedules for employees to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Work closely with the kitchen staff to maintain high-quality food standards
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine establishment
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, including spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
Salary:
1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
