Job Title: Indian Restaurant Manager in Nizwa, Oman


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring exceptional service and quality of food.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, finances, inventory, and customer satisfaction
- Create schedules for staff and ensure they are trained on company policies, procedures, and food safety regulations
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer traffic and revenue
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the restaurant
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with chefs to create innovative menus that cater to our Indian cuisine-loving customers
- Monitor food quality to ensure it meets our high standards
- Manage inventory levels to control costs and minimize waste

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant setting
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi or other Indian languages is preferred but not required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques is a must
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed

Salary:
