Concierge Assistant

The Concierge Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to guests at a high-end hotel in Lahore. This position is ideal for women seeking an entry-level role in the hospitality industry, and offers a competitive salary of 1100$. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and directions
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, shows, or other activities
- Coordinate special requests such as room service or transportation arrangements
- Handle guest complaints and ensure prompt resolution
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Assist with luggage storage and delivery to guest rooms
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, hospitality experience is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English, knowledge of other languages is an asset
