This individual must possess exceptional culinary skills and a passion for creating innovative dishes using fresh, local ingredients. The ideal candidate will have previous experience leading a team in a similar upscale dining environment. They should also have strong organizational skills, the ability to manage food costs and inventory, and a keen eye for detail. A competitive salary of $1000 per month is offered for this full-time position. Brazilian nationality or work permit is preferred but not required.
