Sales Representative - Malayalees Preferred
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team in Sheduva. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have experience in sales, preferably in the Malayalee community. This is a salary-based position with a starting salary of 1100$. The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to customers, as well as building and maintaining relationships with clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong sales abilities, and the ability to work independently. Accommodation will not be provided for this position. In this role, you will:
- Meet sales targets set by the company
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Identify potential new customers and develop strategies to reach them
- Communicate product knowledge to customers
- Provide excellent customer service before and after sales
- Regularly report on sales activities and progress
- Attend training sessions to continuously improve sales skills

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Malayalam is a plus)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales (preferably in the Malayalee community)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Willingness to learn about our products and services
- Valid driver's license preferred
