IT Manager - Eschen, Liechtenstein

As the IT Manager for our company in Eschen, Liechtenstein, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our information technology systems and infrastructure. Your main duties will include managing a team of IT professionals, implementing new technologies and systems, and ensuring the security and functionality of our network.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in information technology management and proven experience in leading a team. You should also possess excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with other departments and senior management.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of IT professionals
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure security and functionality
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of hardware and software systems
- Monitor network performance to identify areas for improvement
- Provide technical support to employees as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs
- Identify new technologies or systems that could benefit the company
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and make recommendations for improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience (5+ years) as an IT Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of network security, databases, software development, and infrastructure management
- Excellent leadership skills with experience in managing a team
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Must be authorized to work in Liechtenstein
