We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Porto, Portugal. This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$. The ideal candidate will have experience in an office setting and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining supplies
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and data entry
- Communicate with clients and vendors through email, phone calls, and in-person interactions
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Support other team members with various administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an office assistant or administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic accounting software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role within the professional services industry
- Familiarity with Portuguese language is a plus but not required
