Art Director for Creative Agency in Ar-Ruwais


We are seeking a talented and creative Art Director to join our dynamic team at our creative agency in Ar-Ruwais. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing visual solutions for various projects, including advertising campaigns, branding, and digital designs.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative concepts and designs that meet client objectives
- Oversee and direct the visual aspects of projects from start to finish
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a high level of quality and consistency
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Present ideas and designs to clients confidently and effectively
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and software to continuously improve design work

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Art Director or similar role in a creative agency or advertising firm
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and ability to think creatively
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this full-time position. We welcome applications from foreigners who are willing to relocate to Ar-Ruwais. No English language proficiency is required for this job. We value enthusiasm, creativity, and a strong work ethic over experience.
