Position: Art Director
Location: Ar-Ruwais, Nepal

We are seeking a talented and creative Art Director to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual aspects of various projects and ensuring that they align with the overall brand image and vision.

Responsibilities:
- Develop concepts, designs, and layouts for various projects including advertising campaigns, websites, social media content, packaging, etc.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute innovative ideas that meet project objectives.
- Manage and lead a team of designers and provide guidance and feedback to ensure quality work.
- Ensure that all designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and meet client requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of work.
- Present design concepts to clients or stakeholders for approval.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Art Director or similar role in a creative agency or in-house marketing team.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work.
- Excellent understanding of design principles including typography, color theory, layout, etc.
- Proficient in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Salary: 1400$ per month

This is a full-time position without accommodation. We welcome candidates of all nationalities who meet the above requirements. Nepali candidates are preferred.
