Barista - Malindi, Egypt


A reputable cafe in Malindi, Egypt is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join their team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to customers, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the cafe, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a contract position with no requirement for English proficiency or previous experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages such as coffee, tea, smoothies, and juices.
- Ensure all beverages are made to the highest quality standards.
- Maintain knowledge of current menu offerings and make recommendations to customers based on their preferences.
- Keep the cafe clean and organized at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, handling payments, and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food and drinks.
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of supplies and ingredients.

Requirements:
- Must be an Egyptian national living in Malindi or willing to relocate.
- Minimum of 12th pass education level required.
- No previous experience necessary; training will be provided.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.

Accommodation:
This is a contract position without accommodation provided. Candidates must arrange their own accommodation in Malindi.
