Job Title: Architectural Technologist - Vianden, Luxembourg

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Vianden, Luxembourg. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of architectural plans and drawings for various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building regulations and codes, as well as experience in creating detailed technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of architectural plans and drawings
- Create detailed technical drawings and specifications
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met
- Review building codes and regulations to ensure compliance
- Conduct site visits to gather information for project development
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project deadlines are met

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software programs
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1600$. Accommodation may also be provided for the right candidate.
