We are hiring an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Vianden, Luxembourg. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and managing construction projects. You will work closely with architects and engineers to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building codes and regulations, excellent technical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop architectural plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and gather necessary information
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to create detailed construction plans
- Prepare cost estimates for materials and labor
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Communicate project updates and progress reports to clients and colleagues
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure on-time completion within budget constraints

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Familiarity with building codes, zoning laws, and construction regulations in Luxembourg
- Excellent technical skills including drafting, designing, and 3D modeling
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Salary:
