Architectural Technologist

As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for supporting the design and construction process of various architectural projects. This role requires strong technical skills and knowledge of building materials, codes, and regulations. You will work closely with architects and engineers to develop detailed plans and drawings, as well as assist in site inspections and project coordination. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed plans for architectural projects
- Utilize CAD software to create 2D and 3D drawings
- Conduct site visits to gather information for design development
- Coordinate with contractors and consultants to ensure project specifications are met
- Research building materials, codes, and regulations to ensure compliance in designs
- Assist in project coordination and management
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients throughout the design process

Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other CAD software
- Knowledge of building materials, codes, and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Salary: $900/month (negotiable based on experience)
