As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall technology infrastructure and ensuring that it meets the needs of our organization.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the company's technology infrastructure
- Manage and monitor all technology systems, including hardware, software, and networks
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology
- Train and mentor team members on new technologies and best practices
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place
- Collaborate with other departments to determine technology needs and develop solutions
- Develop and manage IT budget
- Stay informed about potential risks or threats to the organization's technology systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, database management, and system security
- Experience with cloud computing, virtualization, and mobile technologies
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Proven leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: $1700/month (negotiable based on experience)
