Equipment Operator (Malayalee) - Kaunas, Lithuania


We are seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to join our team in Kaunas! As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of equipment used in construction and other industrial projects. This is a physically demanding role that requires excellent hand-eye coordination and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, backhoes, and loaders
- Follow safety protocols and regulations while operating equipment
- Complete daily equipment maintenance tasks to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Read and interpret construction plans to accurately complete tasks
- Work closely with other team members to complete projects on time
- Troubleshoot any equipment malfunctions and report issues to supervisors

Requirements:
- Prior experience operating heavy equipment in a construction or industrial setting
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Salary:
1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Kaunas, Lithuania
