Barista (Contract)
Location: Bergen, Norway



A well-established cafe in Bergen is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Barista to join our team on a contract basis. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the cafe, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages such as coffee, tea, smoothies, and juices
- Ensure consistent quality in all drinks by following recipes and techniques
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe including restocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and sanitizing work areas
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently while providing friendly and prompt service
- Handle cash transactions using a POS system
- Keep track of inventory levels and notify management when supplies are running low
- Adhere to food safety standards at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods is an asset
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be eligible to work in Norway without sponsorship

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1000$ per month.
