Part-Time Barista


We are a busy coffee shop in the heart of Bergen looking for a part-time barista to join our team. As a barista, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating high-quality coffee beverages.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment
- Ensure quality control of all beverages served
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or requests
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (12 pass)
- Previous experience as a barista is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this part-time position.

Visa Sponsorship:
We are open to sponsoring a visa for the right candidate. However, applicants must have the legal right to work in Norway.
