Job Title: Entry-Level Barista in Bergen, Norway

Are you a coffee lover with a passion for creating the perfect cup? Look no further! Our cafe in Bergen is seeking an entry-level barista to join our team. As a barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious and visually appealing beverages for our customers while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee-based and non-coffee beverages according to company recipes and standards
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed when preparing drinks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and handling transactions accurately
- Stay knowledgeable about menu items, ingredients, and any specials or promotions
- Assist with restocking supplies and inventory management as needed

Requirements:
- No previous barista experience required, but must have a strong interest in learning the craft
- Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Norwegian is a plus)
- Must have valid work visa or be eligible for visa sponsorship

We offer competitive salary of 1700$ per month along with opportunities for growth within the company. Although accommodation is not provided, we can assist with recommendations for housing options. This position is open to all nationalities who meet the requirements.
