Hotel Sales Manager (Porto, Portugal)



As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our hotel in Porto. Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential business partners. You will also work closely with the hotel's management team to develop strategies and initiatives that will drive occupancy and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential corporate clients and travel agencies in the Porto area to establish partnerships and secure business for the hotel
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and foster long-term partnerships
- Conduct sales calls, presentations, and site visits to promote the hotel's services and amenities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted promotions and packages to attract new business
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in sales strategies
- Work closely with the revenue management team to analyze data and develop pricing strategies that maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent the hotel and build brand awareness
- Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills to effectively drive sales

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong network of contacts within the Porto area preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month along with accommodation. This position is open to all genders.
