We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Part-Time Architectural Designer to join our team at a fast-paced architectural firm in Almada, Portugal. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for transforming conceptual designs into detailed construction drawings and coordinating with project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD or similar software
- Collaborate with project teams to develop design concepts and provide technical support
- Conduct on-site visits to review progress and ensure compliance with design specifications
- Prepare and present design proposals, including 3D renderings, to clients
- Coordinate with contractors and engineers to resolve any design issues that may arise during construction
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new technologies to continuously improve design processes
- Assist in preparing cost estimates for projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations in Portugal
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and visual)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Biometric passport or eligibility to work in Portugal

Salary:
The salary for this part-time position is 1400$ per month.
