Architecture Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Wiltz. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects, from conceptualization to completion. You will work closely with clients, design teams, and construction teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources
- Review design proposals and provide feedback to design teams
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Oversee all phases of project development, from initial concept to construction completion
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs
- Work closely with construction teams to ensure that designs are accurately translated into built structures
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural project management
- Strong knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget
- In-depth understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects is preferred

Salary: 1600$ per month

Location: Wiltz

This is a full-time job opportunity suitable for Indian nationals who are fluent in English. Accommodation will not be provided by the company. Candidates must have their own visa allowing them to work in Wiltz.
