We are currently hiring an experienced Industrial Painter for our company in Nakuru. This position is open to all nationalities, but preference will be given to Indian candidates.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.

Job Requirements:
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- No previous experience required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
- Must have knowledge of different painting techniques and equipment
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, filling cracks and holes, and applying primer if necessary
- Mix paints and match colors according to specifications provided by clients or design plans
- Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or spray gun ensuring smooth and even coverage
- Follow safety guidelines when handling paint, solvents, and other chemicals used in the painting process
- Maintain tools and equipment used for painting in good condition
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
- Communicate with clients regarding project requirements, updates, and timelines
