Architectural Technologist (Part-time)


We are an established architectural firm in Lahore looking for a skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting our architects in the design and development of building plans and construction documents. This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop building plans and construction documents
- Prepare detailed drawings using AutoCAD or other design software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assist with measurements
- Create 3D models and renderings using SketchUp or Revit
- Research materials, codes, and regulations related to building design
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and suppliers as needed

Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural drafting or technology
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software programs
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills in English (Urdu is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Lahore. Candidates must have the legal right to work in Pakistan.
