Junior Architectural Technologist

We are a well-established architectural firm located in Lahore, seeking a highly motivated and talented Junior Architectural Technologist to join our team. As a Junior Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting with the design, development, and construction of various architectural projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to gain hands-on experience in the field of architecture.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of architectural plans, drawings, and 3D models using CAD software
- Collaborate with architects and designers to develop project concepts and designs
- Conduct research on building materials, construction techniques, and building codes
- Visit project sites to gather information and take measurements
- Create detailed technical drawings for construction purposes
- Assist with project coordination and communication with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments in architectural technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or related field
- Proficient in AutoCAD software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations is an asset

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1000 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Lahore. While we welcome applicants from all nationalities, candidates who are currently residing in Lahore or willing to relocate will be given preference.
