Office Assistant (Canadian Nationals) in Doha, Qatar
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Doha, Qatar. Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies
- Assist with document preparation, including formatting, proofreading, and photocopying
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for senior staff members
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees
- Conduct research on various topics as assigned by management
- Assist with organizing company events and meetings
- Maintain accurate records of expenses and prepare expense reports
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Canadian nationality (non-negotiable)
- High school diploma or equivalent education required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an office assistant or similar role
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to relocate to Doha, Qatar
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
