Loader Supervisor

As a Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the loading and unloading of goods and materials in the city of Shan. You will be working with a team of loaders to ensure that all products are properly loaded onto trucks and transported to their designated destinations. This role requires experience in loading and unloading procedures as well as strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of loaders and coordinate their activities
- Ensure all products are loaded onto trucks safely and efficiently
- Monitor loading processes to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Train new loaders on proper loading techniques
- Maintain accurate records of loaded goods
- Communicate with truck drivers to ensure timely departure of loaded trucks
- Identify any issues or damages with products during loading process and report them immediately
- Conduct regular inspections of loading equipment and report any malfunctions or damages

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a loader or in a similar supervisory role
- Ability to operate loading machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Knowledge of safety regulations for loading and unloading procedures
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
- Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy lifting on a daily basis
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in loading processes
- High school diploma or equivalent

Salary: $1600 per month

Preference will be given to Indian candidates with experience in loading procedures. This is a full-time position without accommodation. Women are encouraged to apply.
