Entry-Level Baker
As an Entry-Level Baker, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and baking of various breads, pastries, and other baked goods. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes accurately. You will also assist with maintaining a clean and organized work area, as well as ensuring food safety standards are met.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in mixing, proofing, shaping, and baking of various breads and pastries
- Measure ingredients accurately and follow recipes precisely
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Ensure all baked goods meet quality standards
- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Follow food safety regulations and guidelines
- Communicate any issues or concerns to senior bakers or management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods of time, and work in a hot environment
- Previous experience in a bakery or food service setting preferred but not required
Location: Remish, Africa (Preference for local candidates)
Salary: $1100 per month
