Back-End Developer - Remote (Canadian Applicants Preferred)


We are seeking a highly skilled Back-End Developer to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining the server-side logic of our web applications. Your primary focus will be developing and implementing efficient and secure APIs, integrating with front-end components, and ensuring high performance of our applications.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain server-side logic for web applications
- Integrate front-end components with server-side logic
- Design and implement efficient APIs for data exchange
- Create secure login/authentication processes
- Optimize application performance by implementing caching mechanisms
- Troubleshoot and debug issues on the server side
- Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and other team members to deliver high-quality products

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Back-End Developer or similar role
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js
- Experience working with SQL databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
- Knowledge of web development frameworks such as Django or Spring Boot
- Familiarity with front-end languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
- Understanding of security principles and how they apply to web development
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues

Salary: $1300 USD per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Location: This is a remote position open to Canadian applicants.
