Job Title: Facade Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facade Specialist to join our team in Khanpur. As a Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining facade systems for buildings, ensuring they are functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing. This is a part-time position with accommodation provided and free visa and ticket for all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Design and plan facade systems for buildings based on client requirements and project specifications
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure the successful installation of facade systems
- Conduct on-site inspections to assess the condition of existing facade systems and provide recommendations for repairs or replacements
- Install new facade systems according to industry standards and best practices
- Ensure proper sealing and waterproofing of facade systems to prevent water damage
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on existing facade systems to identify any potential issues or damage
- Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot any technical issues or challenges related to facade systems
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in facade technology to continuously improve processes and techniques

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Facade Specialist in the construction industry
- Proficiency in CAD software for design purposes
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards related to facades
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and find solutions quickly
- Physical strength and stamina for manual labor involved in installing facades at heights
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility to work part-time hours as per project requirements

Salary: $1500 per month (part-time)

Location: Khanpur (accommodation provided)
