Online Consultant

We are hiring an Online Consultant to join our growing team in Porto. In this role, you will be responsible for providing online consulting services to clients, assisting them with their needs and answering any questions they may have. As an Online Consultant, you will also be responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with clients and ensuring their satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Provide online consulting services to clients through various communication channels, such as email, chat, and video calls.
- Understand the needs of clients and provide appropriate solutions or advice.
- Answer any questions or concerns that clients may have in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction.
- Continuously update knowledge on the company's products and services to effectively assist clients.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve overall service delivery.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Online Consultant or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with online communication tools such as email, chat, and video calls.
- Basic knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus.

Salary: $900 per month.
