Concierge Assistant in Braga


We are hiring a dedicated and customer-oriented Concierge Assistant to join our team in Braga. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and assistance to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional attitude
- Assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures and room reservations
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or tourism is a plus
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month along with benefits such as medical insurance, annual leave, and career development opportunities.

Location:
This is a full-time job located in Braga. We are open to candidates of any nationality who possess a valid visa to work in Portugal.
