Machine Operator



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machinery used in our production process. This is a full-time position in our company located in the United States.

Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate production machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines
- Monitor machine operations to ensure products are being produced within quality standards
- Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to maintain product quality
- Conduct regular maintenance and cleaning on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production
- Keep accurate records of production output and machine maintenance activities
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as blueprints, schematics, and manuals
- Familiarity with various types of machinery commonly used in manufacturing processes
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks
- Availability for flexible working hours as needed
