Senior Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Chef to join our team in Riyadh. As a senior member of our kitchen staff, the ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation and menu planning, as well as managing a team of chefs and kitchen staff. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month, and accommodation will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Create and update menus to ensure variety and quality in food offerings
- Oversee food purchasing, storage, and inventory management
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on cooking techniques and safety procedures
- Ensure all food preparation meets health and safety standards
- Monitor food costs and make adjustments as needed to stay within budget
- Collaborate with management to plan special events or catering services
- Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality ingredients at competitive prices

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Extensive knowledge of international cuisines, including Indian cuisine
- Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate others
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of food cost control measures and experience with budgeting
- Experience with menu planning, recipe development, and creating new dishes

Preferred Qualifications:
- Culinary degree or certification from a reputable institution
- Previous experience working in the Middle East
- Knowledge of Arabic cuisine
- Experience working with Indian cuisine
