Mason Supervisor

Are you an experienced Mason looking to take the next step in your career? Our construction company in Medina is seeking a skilled Egyptian Mason to fill the role of Mason Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of masons, ensuring high quality work and timely completion of projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in masonry, with strong leadership skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of masons on construction sites
- Ensure that all work is completed according to project plans and specifications
- Train new masons on techniques and safety procedures
- Order necessary materials and maintain inventory
- Communicate with project managers and clients regarding progress and any issues that arise
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure high standards are maintained
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in masonry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Proficient in various masonry techniques, including bricklaying, stonework, and concrete work
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures related to construction work
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
