Job Title: Construction Project Manager

A reputable construction company in Remish is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, budgeting, and executing construction projects while ensuring they are completed within the given time frame and budget. You will also be responsible for managing a team of contractors and ensuring their work meets quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Create project budgets and ensure they are adhered to
- Develop project timelines and ensure projects are completed on time
- Source and manage contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and safety regulations
- Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the project
- Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, progress reports, etc.
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proficient in project management software
- Must have experience working on large-scale construction projects
