Construction Manager

We are a construction company seeking an experienced and skilled Construction Manager to join our team in Remish. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to hiring subcontractors and managing on-site operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction methods, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines
- Experience with budgeting and cost management
- Proficiency in project management software

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee all phases of construction projects
- Develop project budgets and timelines, and monitor progress against them
- Hire and manage subcontractors, ensuring quality work is completed on time and within budget
- Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the project
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure safety protocols are being followed and quality standards are met
- Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, and permits
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process in a timely manner
