We are looking for a skilled Baker to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating and preparing various baked goods including breads, pastries, and desserts. Your duties will include measuring and mixing ingredients, shaping dough, baking items in the oven, and decorating finished products.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods according to recipes or special customer requests
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately to ensure consistency and quality
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust accordingly to ensure proper baking
- Decorate finished products using icing, glazes, or other toppings
- Inspect finished products for quality and presentation before serving or packaging
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods
- Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, etc.
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Strong attention to detail to ensure quality products are produced consistently
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs)
- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
- High level of creativity for decorating baked goods
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work early mornings or late nights as needed

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
