Architectural Technologist in Abu Dhabi


We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting with the design and construction of various projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop detailed plans and designs for construction projects
- Prepare technical drawings, 3D models, and visualizations using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and evaluate existing structures
- Assist with cost estimates and project timelines
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design or construction projects
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Abu Dhabi is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Salary: 1600$ per month
