Architectural Technologist

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Architectural Technologist, you will use your technical skills and knowledge of construction to assist in the design, planning, and construction of various projects.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed design drawings and specifications
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D and 3D models of buildings and structures
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, and other project expenses
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in technology, and changes in building codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Abu Dhabi
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Salary:
This position offers a salary of 1400$ per month.
